At Ketello, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund within 12 days.

1. 12-Day Refund Window

You have 12 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Requests made after 12 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Refund

For a refund to be approved, the item must meet these conditions:

1. Unused & Unwashed: Tags must be attached and item must be in original condition.

2. Original Packaging: All packaging, boxes, and free gifts must be included.

3. Not Damaged: Items damaged due to customer use are not eligible.

4. Non-Sale Items: Items bought on final sale/clearance are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

3. Share your order number, reason for refund, and photos of the item.

Once approved, we will share the return address.

4. Refund Process

1. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective/wrong.

2. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

3. Mode: Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.

5. Exchanges

We prefer exchanges over refunds. If you want a different size/color, mention it in your email and we’ll arrange it within 12 days, subject to stock.
